Lleida.net has attended the Document Strategy Forum held in Greenwich, Connecticut, from 29th April to 1st May 2013. Although this was the sixth edition of the event, it has been our first time in the DSF and our suspicions were confirmed: this is a ‘must-go’ event not only for professionals and companies specializing in the document management business but also for those interested in customer communication and the communicative approach of their documents, forms and literature in general.
Just as we would have expected, many fellow exhibitors and attendees were keen on going paperless about their communications and processes. In that sense, Lleida.net was in its element, as one of our main business lines focuses on registered e-communications solutions: we help our customers go paperless without losing focus on compliance and security, but saving time and money instead, while improving efficiency and simplifying document accessibility and storage.
In addition, we attended fantastic conferences on form management, ranging from marketing, design and customer communication strategy approaches to mobile, electronic and paperless document management. It has also been a great opportunity for business development, networking, learning and exploring new market perspectives.
To sum up, an event and an experience well worth travelling a long way from Spain.
